With the hot and humid weather here in Danville, we were in need of a change in temperature and scenery. So we went back up to Boone and stayed in this treehouse-esque rental that is right on the river! If you’re not familiar with the area, the New River starts in Blowing Rock and flows all the way up to West Virginia. It is one of the oldest rivers in the world dating back 260-325 million years ago. If only the river could talk!
