Stay in a cabin built in the 1800s | Appomattox, VA

I really wasn’t expecting the inside to look THAT cute and cozy. This cabin was built in the 1800s and was moved in the 1970s. I love how it still has that historic feel, but with a modern touch. You are surrounded by trees here but not far from the road. The house sits on 50 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains so there are some trails nearby to explore! The property is between Appomattox and Farmville where there are tons of restaurants and shops. You can also visit a couple of state parks in the area and the Appomattox Courthouse National Park where the Civil War ended!
