This adorable tiny house is just steps from the beach on a semi-oceanfront lot. It’s a unique, custom-made tiny home with two levels featuring an upstairs with a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Rodanthe Pier. I love all of the woodwork throughout this house! You have wide plank pine floors, cypress shiplap, and a hickory stairway. The house is only 240 sq ft so it is definitely tiny but I was surprised at everything they fit in this small space. Downstairs you have a full kitchen with a farm sink, plenty of space on the concrete countertops, a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and a half-size fridge, a love seat and a pub-style table.
