This adorable tiny house is just steps from the beach on a semi-oceanfront lot. It’s a unique, custom-made tiny home with two levels featuring an upstairs with a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Rodanthe Pier. I love all of the woodwork throughout this house! You have wide plank pine floors, cypress shiplap, and a hickory stairway.
The house is only 240 sq ft so it is definitely tiny but I was surprised at everything they fit in this small space. Downstairs you have a full kitchen with a farm sink, plenty of space on the concrete countertops, a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and a half-size fridge, a love seat and a pub-style table. Upstairs is the queen bed and a seating area with a cedar desktop. There is a multi-level deck outside with some relaxing outdoor lounge furniture, a grill, an outdoor shower, and outdoor dining space. Past guests said they loved lounging on the deck and reading books. Sounds so relaxing to me!

The owners provide you with everything you would need for the beach: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bath towels and linens too!
A few things to note: the picture below shows the bathroom which is located under the stairs; it has a door but is open at the top so its described as semi-private (unique to say the least!) There is no indoor shower, but a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water. And in the description, it is mentioned that you will have to duck going up the stairs if you are taller than 6’2 and that the ceilings in the kitchen are 7 ft, just something for those of you to note who may be taller!
