This treehouse was built by Pete Nelson, the famous treehouse builder from the show “Treehouse Masters”. I love how it was built right into the surrounding trees, a forest of Douglas firs, and you can even feel the treehouse shifting and swaying with the breeze, a totally normal experience here. I think one of the best features of this house is its location though. It has immediate access to the Pacific Northwest Trail and other mixed-use trails, overlooks Lake Pondilla, and also provides access to two beaches on Admiralty Inlet where you can view the Olympic Mountains.
