There is something just awe-inspiring about the mountains…and in the fall…they are just magical. They look as if someone has painted them in jewel tones, and the air is fresh and crisp. My husband and I love the Blue Ridge Mountains. It holds special memories for us as we honeymooned there many decades ago…and whenever we go back, we are immediately transported back to those simpler days: without internet, cell phones and the challenges/responsibilities that life brings.
