117-Year-Old Coach House Turned Airbnb | SEVEN Minutes from DWTN Asheville, NC

This old farmhand house is 117 years old! It’s been restored and given another life with white-washed walls, a wood-burning stove, a polished river rock shower floor, and a cozy bed. The two-story cottage has a living space, kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, and a bedroom! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. You’ll love to know that this is only a 7-minute drive to downtown Asheville and a short distance from the BRP…doesn’t get any better than that!!

Book your stay at this property

You and one other guest can stay here for around $100 per night! I’d take this over a hotel.

This is labeled as a ‘guest favorite’ on Airbnb, let’s read why:

  • We had such a wonderful stay at Paul and his wife’s stunning Airbnb. The location is ideal, tucked away just minutes from downtown Asheville, and so peaceful! It is clear how much thought, craft and care has gone into this beautiful space. The home was stocked with anything you would need for a comfortable stay, and everything was squeaky clean and thoughtfully curated. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Asheville!
  • We loved our stay at Paul’s farmhouse. Paul was so kind and has created such a peaceful space. Highly recommend to anyone visiting in Asheville.

Things to keep in mind before booking, the hosts live in the main house on the property, this is for a maximum of 2 guests, the hosts do have pets so your own pets cannot stay here, and parties/smoking are both prohibited.
