Knowing there’s a full kitchen I think i’d cook more than going out to eat. It’d still be great to experience the food in this area since I’ve never been! This house is in a perfect location if you’re an avid hiker, it’s a 30-minute drive to Fall Creek State Park, but there are hiking trails and waterfalls in the area as well. I’d love to spend the day hiking and getting groceries in town, then going back to the house to a nice home-cooked meal and ending the day by the firepit!

With 5 stars, the past guests have some things to say:

  • Absolutely loved the house. It’s far enough away from everything, but still close enough to go for a day long hike at Fall Creek Falls. The bed and couch were super comfortable for a relaxing weekend away. We will more than likely be back as this was the perfect distance away from our home in Chattanooga.
  • This sweet A frame cabin is prefect for a couples getaway. Lots of things to do close by. Highly recommend!
  • Tucked away, quiet, and relaxing. The Quail House had everything I needed for a restful getaway, and Gage & Aly were tremendous, accommodating hosts.

You’ll want to keep some things in mind…no pets, the service can be spotty but WiFi is provided, the driveway is steep and the roads are curvy, and the stairs that lead up to the loft are steep.
