A Luxurious Solar Powered Treehouse just 20 Minutes from Chattanooga | Trenton, GA

This beautiful two-story treehouse features floor-to-ceiling views, a wrap-around porch, an outlook, and a firepit area. With 2 bedrooms this can easily host 4 guests, along with a living space, a bathroom, and a kitchen. A neat fact about this place is that the main support beam, the decorative boards, and siding came from 50-year-old Southern Yellow Pine trees from the hosts’ property. I think it’s super sustainable to use the elements in your environment when building structures like this. You can read more about the construction of this house on the Airbnb listing below.

I know some of you worry about hauling your bags up into treehouses…well this one has a dumb waiter for that purpose! The host really paid attention to the little things that make the most impact.

This Airbnb has 5 stars, read what this past guest had to say:

  • This place is so fun. A great combo of reused and modern building materials and decor. So unique. Isolated and in nature but also close to grocery stores, tons of hiking and right up the road from chattanooga attractions. Amber set up a scavenger hunt for our boys and they had a great time (even as teens). The owners are nearby but not in your business and incredibly nice. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is small but well stocked and I was able to make a full breakfast with pancakes to eat on the porch in trees. The welcome basket was full of stores, moonpies, yummy GA wine, cider and more. We would definitely go back. We did hear the whipporwhill while there too!

A few things to note before booking your stay, pets are not allowed, you can schedule a massage, and you have food service options. The hosts know hospitality like the back of their hand!

I love how they decorated this treehouse, it really screams fall with the mums and cozy interior! I could easily live here…what do you think about this?
