This is Chapman Point House, built-in 1963 by a professor in architecture. It’s framed with 150-year-old hand-cut redwood beams and the flooring is 3″ maple from a bowling alley. The house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living space, kitchen, and a dining area. There are a couple of different seating spaces on the deck along with a hot tub! This place is pretty much booked solid until about October of 2022. But I think it’d definitely be worth the wait.

You all know i’m a sucker for a cool bathroom, a view, and a hot tub…this house has ALL THREE! This house is warm but also stunning because of the views and attention to detail. I think I could sit on the deck all day just listening to the crashing water while reading a good book.

A couple of things to note; there is a required damage security deposit when booking($1000), children are not allowed because of the bluffs, and you’re able to bring your pets.
