In addition to all new furniture and appliances, this house also has a Samsung washer/dryer, memory foam mattresses, a sofa sleeper with a full bed, and TVs in every room with streaming capabilities. Outside, there is a patio/deck with a charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor shower, and of course, that fenced-in yard so you can let your pup out!
This house is .6 miles from the beach (about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride) and there are a lot of walking/biking paths that give you easy access to the beach from here. You’re also very close to Good Hops Brewing, which has a disc golf course, an ice cream shop, Sea Witch Cafe & Tiki Bar, and all that the beach and boardwalk has to offer just a short walk away!
