The outdoor amenities on the property ALONE sold me! A fire pit area, a nice creek, a pavilion with a grill, a spacious yard, an outhouse turned into a library, and other little buildings to explore. The home itself has a kitchen, dining area, living space, a loft area with seating and a bed, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Now keep in mind that this is within reasonable distance from a couple of towns…it’s 10 minutes from the parkway, 20 from Mayberry and Galax, and 15 from Food Lion.
