The owners of the home envisioned multi-generational families being able to gather here to enjoy time together and soak in those beautiful views of the river!
The house is located right on the river and very close to the canal towpath, which is perfect for some scenic hiking and biking. It’s also about 25 minutes from New Hope, PA, 75 minutes from Philadelphia, and 90 minutes from New York City. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 4 full bathrooms, it sleeps up to 10 people and would be great for a relaxing family vacation!

There are quite a few dates still available this fall and on into winter. Too bad it’s already booked over Thanksgiving and Christmas; it would make the perfect house for celebrating the holidays!
A few aspects of this house that really make it stand out are all of its accessibility features, including a four floor elevator and a wheel-chair accessible shower.
I also love that this house celebrates the beauty of its natural surrounding with its sun-filled screened-in porches and decks, complete with ample dining spaces. Guests also have access to canoes, kayaks, bikes, and fishing poles while here. But I think I might spend most of my time relaxing on that deck overlooking the river!

–“The house was perfect for a multi-generation family get together. The property had lovely places inside and out for all of us to gather and plenty of space for quiet time as well.
We loved cooking together in the kitchen and on the grill. Kitchen was one of the best equipped one we have ever seen. Good knives, lots of dishes, glasses and silverware along with storage containers, pots and pans, cutting boards, kitchen towels and an array of spices and condiments.
The deck by the river was a favorite place for watching the water and the people going by. We made good use of the kayaks and canoe. We also rode bikes along the canal path, took long walks, and hung out. The house has everything you might want to enjoy the outdoors.”
