Stay in this 100-year-old Shotgun Style Home in the Cooper-Young Entertainment District | Memphis, TN

This home is located in the historic Cooper-Young entertainment district. It’s an eclectic and groovy part of Memphis where art, music, culture, and cuisine come together. This shotgun-style home, also known as The Captain’s Quarters, is a celebration or commemoration of this area. It features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living space, a kitchen, and a spacious backyard. This would be great for a group of friends! And there is cornhole in the backyard, if you know us you’d know that we take cornhole pretty seriously. Also, check out all that exposed brick AND original tile floor!!

  • By far my favorite stay yet! The place was clean and very cute. We were walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, a couple local stores and bars. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great news, pets are allowed here! This property is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, art galleries, and an old church where you’ll find a statue of Johnny Cash.

We put this on our Rental Wishlist because of how it meshes historic and modern elements and it would be great for our group of friends!
