This one gets the award for having the most unexpected interior! You may think this is a tent camping or glamping experience, but as you enter the tent, you will be surprised by the 12ft spiral slide in the floor that leads you down to your house! What a fun way to enter an Airbnb! And once you arrive in the house, you’ll feel like you’rve been transported to a different world. I get some strong bohemian/gypsy/Harry Potter vibes from the pictures. It’s always fun to feel like you’ve been transported to a different world, and this one does just that while also offering some epic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains too.

This Airbnb is so popular it is booked almost entirely until December. I did find two nights available mid-week in September. This seems like it would be worth planning ahead for or checking back for some fall cancellations!
The house has a queen bed and a futon and sleeps up to 4 people. It also has a bathroom and shower, and even another tent outside at the lower level, which is set up for more great mountain views. Another great thing about this Airbnb is that it’s only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville!

I think it would be so fun to book this one without telling your partner about that slide. Just tell them you’ll be tent camping and record a video as they enter the tent. Hopefully, they’ll be pleasantly surprised!
