This tiny home took 2 years to build and with it being made out of local Tennessee wood, it harbors a wonderful cedar smell. The home features a bedroom, bathroom, living space with a pull-out couch, kitchen, and 2 decks. Along with a firepit area and a great view of the river. The property is only 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville, so this is out of the way of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to where the drive is doable!

Things to note before booking, there are a couple of neighbors but the hosts have done everything they can to make you feel secluded and pets and children are not allowed. This is great for a group of friends!
