This is All the Comforts of Home. A hobbit-themed home located in Fairfield, Virginia. This is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.. I’d just come here for the experience itself! The owners say it can comfortably host 2 guests, so couples this is for you! The home features a fully stocked kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and living space.

There are a ton of activities you can participate in while staying here like riding the ferry, workshop experiences like making your own wizard staff or witch brooms, and blacksmithing! These are all things you can add on during your trip for extra fees. I need a wizard staff, and no I will not explain why…

You’ll want to know that pets are not allowed, cooking seafood or other food items that may cause strong smells is not allowed, and no wood or charcoal fires. The hosts recommend using a computer to view available dates and they do not maintain a waitlist.
