Some other people have caught on to this one and it is booking up quickly, but there are still some dates open in early March with more opening up in April and May. And with an April price of $169/night, this is still a great deal for a beach condo. I love that this condo is right across the street from Hampton Beach and it’s also within walking distance of the Hampton Beach Casino and many restaurant and bar options. It seems like you can have an active vacation here or choose to relax as much as you need, the best of both worlds!
This condo is on the 4th floor of a new apartment building and has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Message the hosts to inquire about bringing pets; this beach is dog friendly until April 30th!

The price goes up as you get further into the summer months, but so do the temperatures! It may be worth it to come when you can really enjoy sunbathing and swimming.
A few things to note
After looking through the pictures and descriptions, I would recommend coming with a small family or group of friends and only bringing one car since there is only one parking spot available and the second bedroom is on the smaller side with a daybed and a trundle.

–“I cannot recommend Jose’s condo enough! it was absolutely perfect. the location is on the main strip but far enough from the crazy action so you don’thear much commotion but its literally a 2 minute walk to the fun. right on the beach so you don’t have to trek far. it’s gorgeous, super clean and has everything you need. we even had the perfect view for labor day fireworks right from the balcony! check in was a breeze. felt Safe and comfortable. cafe’s, breakfast restaurant right next door. if you have a 2nd car to park, there are tons of parking lots like a 3 minute walk around the corner. had the best time”

The location was amazing, we could easily walk to restaurants and the beach was so close, it was quick to go back and forth if we needed something from the apartment. We struggled finding a handicap accessible rental for my mom who uses a wheelchair and needs a walk-in shower and elevator. We could not have asked for a more accessible place. There is a step down onto the balcony but she was able to use it with a little help. The balcony is also an incredible spot to people watch or just stare out at the gorgeous water. The road between the apartment and beach can be a bit noisy but we were pleasantly surprised by how soundproof it was while inside. We have already talked about coming back!”
