Beautifully Restored Log Cabin close to Hiking, Waterfalls, & Wineries | Dahlonega, GA

I love the rustic, yet comfortable feel to this cabin! And for only $186/night, it’s not a bad price for an Airbnb these days! It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin that sleeps up to 4 people. It has a large vaulted ceiling in the main living room, a reading room with floor-to-ceiling shelves of books, a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and a fire pit. Just down the hill from the cabin is a nature trail. This house is one of 3 rental properties on 7 acres, each of them spaced out to maximize privacy. And to make this house even better, it’s right in the middle of wine country!

Not surprisingly the weekends are booking up quickly, but there are quite a few open week days available in August and beyond. I would love to stay here in the fall!

The town of Dahlonega is about an hour north of Atlanta at the southern end of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is well known for its waterfalls, wineries, historic downtown, and even being the site of the first major Gold Rush. This cabin has the perfect location for exploring this beautiful area.
