Things you’ll want to note before booking, if you have more than 2 guests there’s a $50 fee, if you have mobility issues this is not for you as there are 4.5 flights of stairs, parking will most likely be an issue but the Spothero App can help with that, parties and photoshoots are prohibited, and this is a pet-friendly rental!
