This was built in 1912 by Captain John Adams Perry and was home to him until his death in 1939. It was transformed from a private residence to a bed & breakfast in the 80s. Things to note before booking, the kitchen cannot be used unsupervised, a caretaker lives on the property, you can rent bikes through the host, and the guest cottage is pet friendly!
