You will feel as if you are transported to Italy as soon as you arrive. The Gervasi Vineyard and Resort is comprised of two vineyards, three restaurants, Tuscan Inspired Villas, a Boutique Inn, The Casa, and their restored 1800s Farmhouse. It all sits on 55 acres in Canton, Ohio. Ted Swaldo broke ground on the land in 2009, starting with renovating a historic barn that’s on the property.
