This barn sits on 140 acres of farmland and is surrounded by 260 acres of forest. Which is all accessible to guests! You can swim, hike, fish, kayak, etc…all for under $150 per night. The apartment features a bedroom, bathroom, living space, and kitchen. It can host up to 4 considering the couch pulls out. So this is great for small families or couples. I really can’t get over that view! I mean it is breathtaking, i’d try and enjoy it any time I could.
The property is pretty secluded, it’s about 15 minutes from a couple stores and 45 minutes from Knoxville.

A couple things to note before booking, pets under 30lbs are allowed but must be kept off the furniture and this is one of two apartments above the barn so be mindful!
