- “Ken and Meredith are great hosts with a beautiful place inside and out. For us, the location was perfect. You’re 10-15min from Old Town Cottonwood, about 25-30min from Sedona, as well as a handful of other great locations…all while soaking in the remote, peaceful scenery their spot has to offer. The room was clean and well-equipped and Ken was always super responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book here again in the future!“
- “Loved our stay at Roadrunner. Ken was the perfect host. His property is beautiful with all the right touches, and the neighborhood is scenic and quiet. Great guest house to jump off and explore Cottonwood and Sedona. Highly recommend.“
Some things to note before booking, the studio is completely separate from the main living quarters, pets are not allowed, and this is for a maximum of 2 guests.
