Stay in a Victorian-style suite for under $100 a night! | Minutes from DWTN Denver, CO

This award-winning house was built in 1885 and restored in 2004! It still has that historical charm that we love over here. It’s been featured in a couple of magazines, how cool. When you book here the whole second floor is yours. It includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. It’s all you need for a nice weekend trip considering you are pretty much right in the middle of Denver. There are a ton of restaurants and breweries downtown that are within walking distance of the home! The host offers a parking spot, but if you don’t have a car she recommends renting a bike during your stay.

If you’ve read some of our other posts before, you know i’m a sucker for a nice bathroom…and this one definitely caught my eye! I love the tile and just looking at the bathtub makes me feel relaxed. I mean this whole place has such a homey vibe to it, and from the reviews, the host makes sure that you’re comfortable. I would love to stay here and explore downtown Denver. This is a prime location!

The past guests have nothing but good things to say:

  • This is such a sweet spot! Very walkable to great food, breweries and coffee. The house is so historical and lovely! There is a book that shows the renovation process and it was so fascinating how they were able to reuse much of what was there. Highly recommend!
  • Awesome spot to crash and the tub was just what I needed. Nice and comfy and though you are staying in someone’s house, you have the entire second floor and it’s very private!
  • Absolutely stunning home and perfect area in Denver. Felt good to only have to drive 15 minutes to hit downtown! The upstairs bathroom was mindblowing as well, it’s worth noting.
  • Great place with tons of charm! Loved the huge bathroom and comfortable bed. Great location in the middle of everything but still nice and quiet.

A couple of things to note, pets are not allowed and neither are children under the age of four. Would you stay here? Let us know about your travels in Denver!
