This Ferry was originally named The SS City of Seattle, it first launched in 1888 and is the oldest surviving ferryboat on the West Coast. Now with modern appliances, it still has an old feel which we appreciate. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, the deck has original 3-inch thick douglas fir planks, and panoramic bay and mountain views. The ferry features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living space, a dining area, a full kitchen, and a solarium. This place is perfect for couples or families and you’d have access to kayaks and paddleboards!

Books start to clear up in January of next year, i’m surprised that there are even dates left this year.
The solarium and the kitchen have got to be my favorite rooms in this boat!

Things to note before booking, the roof is off-limits, you will be within a houseboat community so be mindful, the hosts do live on the ferry but completely separate from guest quarters, and pets are not allowed.
