This 300 sq ft treehouse is 3 floors of unique architectural elements and artistic twists. It features a king bed, a bathroom with a rain shower, a dining space and kitchen, and a rooftop balcony with a day bed and soaking tub. The hosts would have to drag me out of here, it would be beyond relaxing. Another great thing about this rental is that it’s only minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, a history-rich town with restaurants, shops, and so much more. Each of the three floors offered something unique and relaxing: the first floor – deep bath; second floor – great natural light and comfy bed; third floor – chaise and hanging chair, and a small gas fire pit. Felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, yet not too far from Fredericksburg. I look forward to trying out the other houses on the property!“

Things you’ll want to note before booking your stay, there are a lot of stairs so those with mobility issues keep that in mind, this is for a maximum of 2 guests, and pets are not allowed here.
