Built in 1971, the Barrett House features high ceilings, skylights, a Mad Men-inspired bar and dining area, modern furniture, a theatre room, bose sound system, a bathroom with heated flooring, a game room, and so much more. This house is architecturally impressive and has earth-friendly renovations like cork flooring and rugs made from recycled plastic bottles. With 3 bedrooms, this house is perfect for couples or families! There is even a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a hammock. The outside amenities are what sold me. You can never go wrong with a hot tub. With the property being right near the Roosevelt National Forest, this is great for outdoorsy people.

I absolutely love the mid-century vibe of this house, it seems cozy but also super luxurious. With the mountain views, the theatre room, and open layout…this seems like the ultimate mountain top getaway.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. You’ll want to know that there is ample parking, WiFi, laundry machines, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen!
