This place is surrounded by trails; that’s definitely a factor that would convince me to book a stay here. It’s also under $100 a night! Considering all this listing has to offer it’s a steal. The home can host 6 guests with there being a main bedroom, loft, and bunk beds. So it’s perfect for families! There’s a kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and a deck with multiple seating areas. The hosts also provide some extra amenities to ensure that your stay is perfect. The house is nestled in a small community. With that being said there is a community area you and your family can enjoy!

The further I kept going the more I was impressed by this listing. The interior is beautiful and I love that there are a ton of hiking trails around the property. Have I mentioned that this house has a tin roof? Can you imagine listening to the rain!? We appreciate tin roofs around here. My ideal stay would be to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea early in the morning, explore all day, and cook a couple meals! The way it’s situated you could spend pretty much all day walking around the grounds. Towards the end of the day i’d get cleaned up and enjoy a fire in the community area! I truly wouldn’t want or need to leave during my stay.

There are some nice restaurants in town if that’s something you would want to do, but in my opinion it would be wonderful to enjoy some home cooked meals in the house. Some things you’ll want to note; Deer Lick Falls is one of Tennessee’s tallest waterfalls and the hosts have a private trail to it, the house is located in a gated community, and there may be construction going on as it is a growing community.
