This studio apartment is situated between Boone and Blowing Rock, 2 GREAT towns in the mountains of North Carolina. The home features an open layout with a living space with a pull-out couch, a kitchenette, a dining area, a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Also on the property, you can find a waterfall, a koi fish pond, and a shared summer house with a deck that has some seating and a nice view. I’d be wandering around the property more than I would stay in the apartment!

Things to keep in mind before booking, there is WiFi on the entire property, long-term stays are allowed, this is for a maximum of 4 guests, there is ample parking, pets cannot stay here, parties/smoking are both prohibited, and quiet hours are after 10 PM.
