The Ultimate Stargazing Retreat | Pine Mountain Club, CA

This is a hidden mid-century gem with romantic vibes and an amazing view! It is in a private location so it’s super peaceful and secluded, you practically have the mountain top to yourself. This house features 360 views, two decks, a living space, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a loft. The hosts have high-speed internet, electric heaters, fans, a projector, and a speaker! They also stock the kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, etc.

I LOVE the fireplace in the living room, it screams mid-century and I’m all here for it. The retro-themed kitchen really caught my eye, look at that stove! I’d love to prop the windows open in the loft before going to bed, I think listening to the outdoor sounds would lull me to sleep. Check out a picture past guests got of the sky from the porch! This is a great place for avid stargazers.

The hosts note that bears will come and go so don’t leave trash out or anything in your car! You’ll also need to keep the window open when running the fireplace for ventilation purposes.
