That loft bed looks so cozy! And I love that it has a skylight, perfect for stargazing. This tiny house also comes with a well-stocked kitchen, a 4 burner stove top, fridge, freezer, microwave, and french press. The house also has a mini gas fireplace, electric heater, RV-size shower with hot water from an RV-size tank, composting toilet, wifi, air purifier, and a fire pit and hammock outside.

A few things to note: guests need to be able to climb the ladder to get up to the sleeping loft and also hike down a short, stepped trail to access the beach. There are two other houses on this lot including the main cabin where the owner’s parents live and another small cottage that is rented out. Past guests have remarked that the tiny home still feels fairly secluded due to its placement among the trees.

Past guests have loved staying here. Read what they’ve said about their stay:

“Wow what a location! Perched in a small orchard and garden, on a waterfront property with views of the sound, just a five-minute walk into Tolmie state park trails. Quiet, secluded neighborhood that felt like being at summer camp. The tiny house was very cozy, and actually felt a bit bigger inside than it looks on the outside. The tiny house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Easy to keep warm and cozy. The bed was comfortable, but a bit smaller than a queen, so be cognizant if you are a couple that needs a lot of space to sleep. But an easy fix is to bring a mat to put on the floor if needed. Brittany was one of the most efficient and helpful communicators of any host we have had in our many rental experiences. She was a sweetie, and always willing to help in any way. We were looking for a cozy stay in the heart of nature on the Olympic Peninsula, and we found it with this tiny house. Highly recommended!”

“This little gem is amazing! A handbuilt tiny house with a story is always the best. The house is situated on a property with other homes around, but Brittany has done a great job to make the space feel secluded with lots of trees and bushes surrounding the home. Inside there were tons of helpful labels and info to make you feel right at home. Being next to a state park was wonderful for a hike or to take a walk down to the beach for a stroll or to use the kayaks. And the loft! Oh my goodness, so comfortable, such a great view. Just an all around magical place. I am a huge tiny house fan and I adored this place. Would definitely recommend for a solo retreat!”

This tiny home seems like a perfect place to escape and relax in nature. I’d love to take out those kayaks and then come back and relax in that hammock! Check out some of our other tiny homes like this one on The Travel Life.
