This tiny home really surprised me with its light and airy interior! That light turquoise-colored kitchen is what drew me in the most! And apparently, a lot of other people too because it has been featured in Travel + Leisure, Southern Living, House Beautiful, The Tennessean, and USA Today, and is also Tennessee’s most wish-listed property! Perhaps another factor making this house so popular is its price, at only $149/night, it’s a great deal if you’re traveling on a budget!

The house is located in the middle of the Design District of southern Nashville, about a 10-minute drive to downtown.
The tiny house has a Queen bed in the sleeping loft and an additional sleeping option on the daybed on the main level. The kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and induction burners. There is a lovely antique clawfoot tub in the bathroom with a window so you can shower while gazing out at the surrounding nature.
There is also a garden where guests can pick vegetables while in season and a shared common space playground in the backyard (which would be perfect if you’re traveling with young kids).

Some important things to note: you have to go down quite a few steps to get down to the tiny house through the backyard of the owners’ main house and need to be able to climb a ladder to get up to the loft bed. But the good news is that it’s very pet-friendly and kid-friendly!
