Adorable tiny house nestled in the Ripshin Mountains | Lenoir, NC

Need a trip to the mountains, but don’t want to go all the way into Boone? Lenoir sits in the foothills so it’s a little warmer, but you still get those mountain vibes depending on where you are. This Airbnb is nestled in the woods on multiple acres, the hosts have cats, dogs, and chickens that roam the land. This house can accommodate 3 people, but kids under 10 can not go in the loft. Now get this…there’s a sauna on the property. You know where to find me if I book a couple dates here.

There are some open dates within the next couple of months, would be great to stay here in early Spring before it gets hot.

With it being around $84 a night it’s perfect for those who are on a budget!

It would be so fun exploring their land! On their listing they note that you can find a ton of different varieties of mushrooms, would be cool to pick some and cook with them. They also have fresh bread, fresh honey, and meat for sale! I have a soft spot for bread so I would definitely be getting a loaf…or two. There isn’t too much to do in Lenoir but Boone and Blowing Rock aren’t too far. Check out our, A Weekend in Boone, article for a guide on where to go and what to do!

Let’s read some of the reviews:

  • This Tiny House is wonderful! Tucked away in the woods, it’s the definition of quiet relaxation.
  • Angela and Jesse are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The tiny house is private and cozy, and we and our pup had a blast exploring the property. The sauna is also AMAZING.

Good news, pets are allowed at this one but just be mindful about their animals! The hosts offer dog bowls so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.
