Stay in a historic trolley car | Wheat Ridge, CO

I absolutely love the pops of colors in this airbnb! You have everything you’d need for your visit, bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, ac/heat, parking, etc.. It’s tiny living at its best! The owners do live on the property, but the trolley is completely separate. The property is 4 miles from Denver so you wouldn’t run out of things to do during your stay. It’d be so fun exploring all that the city has to offer. Have you been to Denver? I haven’t but it’s on my bucket list.

With this listing being around $100 a night it’s perfect for those who may be on a budget.

There are some open dates in February and March, but a Spring visit would be perfect in Colorado!

Have you stayed here or are planning to?

I’d probably spend a lot of time sitting on the patio or in the hammock in the backyard reading or taking a nap. Maybe even spending time with the chickens haha. Some of the past guests recommend ‘stylus + crate’ as the best place to get coffee in the area. The hosts also suggest a couple of local restauraunts close by! This place seems super relaxing and comfy despite it being so close to the city.

  • This Trolley Airbnb is a unique experience that I fully enjoyed and gave me a taste of tiny living as I spent a few days exploring Denver.
  • The Historic Train Trolley is a true Jewel! We fell in love with their entire property asa we arrived. From the beautifully and comfy trolley and it’s amenities, the location (was centrally located for all of our needs), the property with their goats, chickens and so much more to enjoy to the friendliest hosts, it was the perfect place for us! We definitely made memories we’ll never forget. If ever we return we’d love to stay again! We highly recommend! Chris and Liz provided everything perfectly!
  • This air bnb is the cutest!! Owners were very very responsive which is great. We felt totally at home and the farm animals were an added benefit!
  • This little hidden gem is located about 15 minutes from the Denver scene- off the beaten path. Unique in its nature and a truly peaceful stay. We enjoyed two nights here and left wanting more!
